Welcome to Callaghan Tire's Charity Pro-Am!
Each year, Callaghan Tire hosts a three-day golf event to raise money for cancer research. All proceeds go to Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. 501(c)(3)
We are pleased to announce that our 2018 tournament will be held at the beautiful Bradenton Country Club in Bradenton, Florida, November 10-12th!
It is a fun filled event where amateur golfers and pro golfers play golf, eat and make memories!
Tournament Format
Limited space for 120 amateurs. Each amateur team draws their Pro for day one and a different Pro for day two. Amateurs keep the same teammates both days. Pros and amateur teams carry their team scores for both days.
The winning Pros are 2-day aggregate score, and likewise the amateur team winners are determined in the same manner. The score is determined by the net best two-ball total of each hole added for 36 holes.
A-B-C-D players are decided by a pool of players and handicaps. The maximum handicap allowed is 18. Yardage is approximately 6,400 yards for A & B players and approximately 6,000 yards for C & D players and all players over 70 years old. Ladies play the ladies tees.
